Lori Hamilton is an Original Character - a player-character from City of Heroes - an Empathy/Sonic Defender powered by a technological replacement for her heart, which can activate the transformation-inducing "Sonic System" to attain her heroic form. She has no special powers beyond the typical heroic toughness and fitness without the system.
Typically, I play her post-Issue 23: She's attained several Incarnate powers, and has faced down Tyrant and Mot.
